Its a Lease Option program in which people who cannot qualify for a mortgage today can rent a home for 3 to 5 years with a portion of their rent applied towards their down payment.  This will allow people to save the necessary down payment to purchase the home down the road.  Great for anyone with bad credit, bankruptcys and no down payment.
